Rules & Regulations
*Members must be 21 years of age or older.
*Membership is free.
*Membership accounts are limited to one (1) member each.
*Membership and rewards are non-transferable.
*Valid photo identification (the type of which shall be determined by Resorts Casino in its sole discretion from time to time) is required for all transactions related to the Destination Casino Club including, but not limited to, signing up for a card, replacement of a lost or stolen card and cash or comp redemption.
*By becoming a member, you acknowledge your permission for Resorts Casino to correspond with you by mail, email or telephone, unless otherwise noted at time of enrollment, and to use your name and likeness without compensation for promotions, advertising and/or announcements, unless prohibited by law.
*Resorts Casino reserves the right to adjust account status as a result of any machine malfunction, computer or operator error, fraud or other misuse of Destination Casino Club amenities or card.
*Destination Casino Club cards will be used to track play by the account member only.
*It is the responsibility of the member to present his or her Destination Club card to the table games personnel before playing tables and/or to properly insert the card into the slot reader and verify its acceptance throughout the duration of slot machine play.
*Tier Credits are earned for all tracked slot machine and table games play, as well as any other recorded play that generates a rating in the tracking system.
*Tier Credits earnings vary by machine/game type, denomination, average bet and length of play.
*All Tier Credits are subject to review and verification.
*Tier Credits can be earned at Resorts and Bally’s Casinos – Tunica.
*Tier Credits do not hold any cash or complimentary value.
*Tier Credits expire annually on December 31st.
*All members are considered Classic card holders unless
-3,000 tier credits are earned which will upgrade a card holder to Elite status
-16,000 tier credits are earned which will upgrade a card holder to Ultra status
*In the event of death of a member, all rewards remain non-transferable and shall expire as set forth herein.
*In the event of divorce of a member, the member retains all rewards, unless otherwise stated by a valid and final court order.
*Resorts Casino reserves the right to change or cancel the Destination Casino Club program or its official rules and regulations, including the revision of policies, rewards and benefits, at any time and without notice.
*Specific services, benefits, and offers may be based on availability and are subject to management’s discretion.
*Employees of Resorts and Bally’s Casinos –Tunica may not be eligible for this program. See the Human Resources Department for details.
*Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities including, but not limited to, through a government program, by their own request, or who have been excluded or barred from Resorts and/or Bally’s Casinos-Tunica for any reason, are not eligible for membership and are deemed to forfeit all accrued free slot play, comps, Tier Credits and other benefits earned through the Destination Casino Club.
*Membership in the Destination Casino Club may be revoked or cancelled at any time without notice at the sole discretion of Resorts Casino.
*All decisions and resolution of all disputes regarding the Destination Casino Club including, but not limited to, interpretation of the official rules and regulations of the Destination Casino Club.
*Slot players with club cards earn complimentaries and same day earned free slot play based on play levels depending on the slot machine type and denomination. Table game players with club cards earn complimentaries based on game type, buy-in, average bet and length of play time (other table game criteria may be considered).

*The Mississippi Gaming Commission reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding programs, promotions, tournaments and drawings. Such disputes and complaints will be resolved in accordance with the Mississippi Gaming Commission regulations.
